Bill Gates will again keynote the opening of the 40th International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. His address is set for Sunday evening. A company news release says he will talk about the new Vista operating system, demonstrate Windows Live services, and explain the role Xbox 360 plays in the company’s future. Here’s the release. Gates’ remarks may also be Webcast here.
There will be other keynotes during the four-day conference, which opens Monday, from the chairmen of Motorola (MOT: news), Dell (DELL: news), Walt Disney (DELL: news), and CBS (CBS: news). The remarks of Motorola’s CEO, Ed Zander, will be Webcast. Register here. Eric Savitz adds that CBS’ Les Moonves may announce, in his speech, a new deal with YouTube including distribution and ad sales.
If you won’t be among the 150,000 other people expected to attend, here are some links to help you monitor the show from the comfort of your cubicle.
